Empower Your Relationships with Certified Sexologist
Hi, I’m Solène Fortin, a qualified bilingual sexologist, with a bachelor in sexology from the University of Quebec in Montreal and member of the Society of Australian Sexologist, passionate about fostering meaningful relationships. Since 2017, I’ve helped individuals navigate intimacy, communication, and self-worth with empathy. My experience in mental health and in addiction work has shown me the deep connections between emotional/sexual well-being and our general health.
In my practice, I offer a safe, judgment-free space for you to explore your desires and challenges. I believe in open discussions about sex and love, providing tailored, evidence-based support.
Ready to begin your journey?

Specializing in strengthening intimacy, communication, and self-esteem for couples and individuals through confidential online sessions. Empowering you to build healthier relationships.
What Does a Sexologist Do?
A sexologist is a professional who has formally studied human sexuality, relationships, and wellbeing. A certified sexologist holds at least a university degree in sexology, ensuring that the guidance offered is grounded in evidence-based knowledge.
Unlike a psychotherapist, who focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, a sexologist counsellor works through education, guidance, and practical strategies. The goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals and couples can talk openly about intimacy, sexuality, and relationships without fear of judgment.
My role as a sexologist is to help you feel empowered in your intimate life, not by diagnosing problems, but by offering education, counselling, and tailored support so you can create stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships.
Working with a sexologist can help you:
Understand how self-esteem influences intimacy and connection
Learn practical communication tools to strengthen relationships
Explore your desires, needs, and boundaries in a safe environment
Navigate challenges such as long-distance or lifestyle changes
Build confidence in embracing your sexuality without shame
